ABOUT ME

Icelandic journalist with a master’s degree in media science and experience in writing for print, online, and radio. Through journalism, I found a home for my decade-long passion for storytelling and incurable curiosity. I am now looking for a place to grow,  lend my voice, and contribute to. I’ve handled increasing responsibilities in previous newsroom jobs and shown initiative when bringing in new stories. I interviewed a wide range of people, from presidents to artists to farmers, and I wholeheartedly believe that being trusted with a story is a privilege like no other. Delivering information in the right way has never been more important, and determining how to do that using different tactics is one thing I’m very passionate about.
